What is your current weight?
I weigh 134 pounds! (Down from high as 208 pounds)
How have you maintained your weight loss/continued to lose weight?
I’ve continued with a keto/low-carb plan. When I have an off day, I just get right back on plan. I don’t let an off day become an off month! Thats key! I also continue to work out four times a week! My new favorite workout is jumping rope!
Looking back on the lessons you’ve learned on your journey, which one stands out the most?
Don’t be too restrictive. Just balance it out!
Would you like to offer any new or different advice to women who want to lose weight?
Yes, do what works for you! I received lots of opinions on what would work and not. Once you find what works for you and your body, keep going.
